What is the Spitler Preferred
Customer Program?
The Spitler Preferred Customer Program was started
to reward our loyal customers with extra
savings and exclusive offers. A long time Spitler patron will
remember “Phil’s Bills”, Spitler cash
that could be exchanged for accessories or service. The Preferred
Customer Program replaced
Phil’s Bills in 2002 and has been a huge success. We have
over 400 members enrolled in the
program.
How do I join? Stop by our location, call us at 570-368-1771, or
e-mail us today - anyone
can join! A complimentary one-year membership is given to anyone
who purchases an RV or pop-up. Your membership is good for one
year beginning the date of purchase.
What does a membership give me?
Savings! Big savings and exclusive benefits. You will receive a 10% discount on all parts and accessories , a preferred customer labor rate and every time you have your RV in for service it will be washed FREE. (With this benefit alone your membership fee will be recovered.) In addition, we will mail you a monthly flyer filled with exclusively priced accessories and a timely service special. For example, a special price on winterization in October, not June!
What’s the catch? THERE IS NO CATCH! You will simply save money by visiting our accessories store and servicing your RV. There are only a few rules you must follow...
Your card must be present to qualify for discounts - no exceptions.
– To qualify for discounted labor rates your card must be presented before work begins.
– Lost or additional cards can be purchased for $3 each.
– Identification may be required.
– Membership fee is for 12 months.
– Discounts apply on store sales and service order sales - not on-line purchases.
– Sale of card is taxable.
– Discounts do not apply to already discounted or sale items.
– Not valid on any vehicle purchase.
